SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping is free for regular 15 day deliveries of order value Rs.1000 and above within India. To avail of our expedited 7 day ‘Rush’ delivery an additional flat rate of Rs. 1000 is added to cover our expedited production timelines. For orders below Rs.1000 in India a shipping fee of Rs.150 is applicable.

International shipping:

We charge a flat rate of Rs.2500 for all shipping outside of India irrespective of the number of items in the order.
We currently do not provide Alterations outside India and no pick up service is available Internationally.
Also the sizing method of ‘Sending in your best fitting blouse’ is Invalid for our International customers.
Please note that returns are accepted from outside India if the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer. All returns will be refunded as store coupon vouchers which can be used on our website.

HouseOfBlouseBespoke currently ships to all locations within India and most countries outside.

Our ‘Rush’ delivery option is our expedite option, by choosing which ­ your ‘made to order blouse’ ­ will be put on a production fast­track and shipped to you in 7 (working) days for a flat added fee of Rs. 1000. Alternately if you are not in a rush you can avail of our regular 15 day delivery at no additional cost within India.

House Of Blouse Bespoke maintains these delivery schedules except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control ( the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday.

For International orders. If you have chosen ‘Rush’ delivery for any item, please note that an external payment link will be sent to you to upgrade all the items in that order to ‘Rush’. Alternately you will have to place ‘Rush’ items as a separate order.

Though ’Good things come to those who wait!’. At houseofblousebespoke.com we believe that 15 (working) days for getting your very own ’Signature Blouse’ is not that long of a wait. Alternately you can upgrade to our 7 day ‘Rush’ delivery option.

Please remember that each and every blouse is custom made and hand crafted to your unique specifications. And hence it takes 15 days for us to keep that promise.

We do provide a single pick up service free of charge for an Alteration or a Remake if requested within 30 days of your order delivery, anywhere within India. We currently do not provide this service for our international customers.

If you are in any kind of a hurry for your order, we suggest shipping the blouse to us yourself. We will credit 100 points into your house of blouse bespoke account for future use every time you ship it to us yourself.

Our International customers will need to bear the shipping costs to avail of the alteration service.

Our regular delivery time is 15 days from the time of payment, or from the day of receiving your ‘best fitted blouse’ or fabric, as per the regular delivery schedule. Where as a ‘Rush’ order goes into an expedited production cycle as is dispatched in 7 days.

House Of Blouse Bespoke maintains these delivery schedules except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control ( the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday.

Please note, if you pick ‘Best Fitting Blouse’ as your measurement method, your order will be considered placed from the DAY we receive your blouse and NOT from when the order is placed. The same would apply even if you pick a regular 15 day delivery.

So it would take 7 days to process your Rush Delivery from the day we receive your best fitting blouse and not before.

If you are in a hurry, we strongly suggest that you enter your profile measurements for expedite processing.

Please note, if you use your own fabric by picking the ‘Customer Fabric’ option, your order will be considered placed from the DAY we receive your Fabric and NOT from the day your order is placed. The same would apply even if you pick a regular 15 day delivery.

So it would take 7 days to process your Rush Delivery from the day we receive your Fabric and not before.

If you are in a hurry, please allow time for your Fabric to reach us.

While we do our best to process your order well in time from our end. We outsource our courier service to our courier partners and have no control over the time they take to deliver your product to you.

The same applies for our ‘Return Pick Up’ services, like picking up your ‘Best Fitting Blouse’ or your ‘Fabric’.

Courier delays may be expected for alterations as well.

DESIGN PROCESS & CUSTOMISATIONS

In the case that you need additional customisation for your custom blouse or Ready To Shop goods. Our customisation charges start at Rs.300 for every added customisation and depends upon the level of complexity. Please send your custom request to support@houseofblouse.com and if your customisation is possible, we will send you an external payment link and confirm your additional customisation after the payment is made.

Custom sizing requests for a Ready To Shop product will also be counted as an additional customisation and charged accordingly.

Please note we will not accept returns if any additional customisation has been made to a Ready To Shop products. In such a case, the product can only be altered.

In the case of custom blouses created on the blouse designer, House Of Blouse Bespoke will not accept returns if any styling element is added or changed other than all the options already available on the Blouse Designer. In such a case, the product can only be accepted for alteration.

The ‘blouse designer’ is our design app which helps you visualise all your designs and pick various front styles, details, sleeves, fabrics and add ons to place an order for a blouse just the way you want it.

We urge you to go through every single step in the ‘blouse designer’ and pick all the options that you want. This way you will get exactly what you want and will avoid the system picking a ‘default’ option for your order since you forgot to pick an option.

Your final blouse will be made as per the options chosen by you. We try to double check some specifications with you if they do not seem right. But to ensure being served smoothly and getting your perfect blouse, we urge you to take the time to go through all the steps and choose all the options given.

Yes, you can go to the next step without completing the previous step, though we strongly recommend you to complete each step completely and make full use of your option to choose every detail in your ‘custom blouse’.

In our ’blouse designer’ (design app) at houseofblousebespoke.com, each base style you pick will come with a bunch of default settings for every step. Each step will remain at it’s default setting till you choose your option. In the case that you do not choose an option, you will go to the next step with the pre-set, default option chosen by the system. In that case your blouse order will be placed with ‘default’ options.

For ex: if you actually wanted a ‘back’ opening for your blouse, but went ahead and placed your order without picking an ‘opening’ option. The system will place the order with the ‘default’ option set and you could end up with a blouse with a ‘front’ opening.

Your measurement profile, once created, will be saved in the system. These will be used for all future orders placed from your account on houseofblousebespoke.com, until you update or edit any of your measurements.

NOTE:You will have to pick the option ‘Add Measurements From My Profile’ at the time of checking out in order for us to use your already saved measurements to create your custom blouse.

When you register yourself on houseofblousebespoke.com and create your account, you will be given an online ‘Design Diary’ which you can fill up with all your custom blouse creations on houseofblousebespoke.com. You can also choose to save your favorites from other customers creations.

Your ‘Design Diary’ only stores the design’s ‘saved’ by you - whether in a complete or an incomplete stage - which you can edit at a later point. You can choose to either share publicly or view privately for each of the designs saved by you in your ‘Design Diary’, by choosing your settings.

Your ‘Design Diary’ also stores the designs which have been Favourited by you from our Gallery of designs.

When you register yourself on houseofblousebespoke.com and create your account, you will be given an online ‘Design Diary’ which you can fill up with all your custom blouse creations on houseofblousebespoke.com.

All the designs created by you in your ‘Design Diary’ remain private until you choose to share either one or many of your designs publicly.

Every account created by you on houseofblousebespoke.com comes with a ‘Design Diary’ in which you can save your custom creations. In case you do not save any design in your ‘Design Diary’, it will remain empty.

The choice is yours whether you want to fill it up with designs or just create an account and wait for the right time to create and save your custom designs on your ‘Design Diary’.

Yes, you can share your design publicly on Facebook in the following ways:

  • By logging into your account and accessing your design diary.
  • By clicking on the Facebook icon at the time of checking out.

At houseofblousebespoke.com you can make your blouse as conservative or as risqué as you please.

If you want a conservative blouse:

  • You can start by picking a Regular U, V, Square or Sweetheart neckline
  • To this add a conservative back like a high back or any of the regular back styles
  • Next, pick a cap, short or elbow sleeve length as per your preference.
  • Pick a ‘3 Dart or a with band’ cut for that conservative look and fit and choose regular length and No Bra Pads as your options.
  • Enter your neck depth preference in your measurement profile of pick a standard size and contact our support team with your neck depth preference.

With your choice of Fabric and your preference of sizing methods, you are good to go no matter how conservative you are or what size you are.

Yes, you can now use your own blouse material/fabric to order your custom blouse. Please pick ‘customer fabric’ in the fabrics tab while designing, pick all your options and proceed to sizing and checkout.

Send in your fabric either by opting for a pick up (in our contact us section) or by shipping it yourself.

If you happen to pick - ’Send in your best fitted blouse’ method. Please send your fabric along with your best fitted blouse.

Here are the steps:

  • Start designing
  • Pick your preferred base style
  • This is the Design page - Here Select your options under 'Style'
  • Under 'Fabrics', select 'customer fabric'
  • Pick your add ons
  • Proceed to sizing and checkout
  • In the sizing page, there is an option to 'click here' and request for a pick up OR address to send us your fabric
  • Proceed to shipping and payment.

MEASURING AND TAILORING

HouseOfBlouse offers standard sizing from bust size 28 to 52 inches. But we recommend sizing options - ‘Send In Your Best Fitted Blouse’ or ‘Add Your Measurements’ - for a better fit, if your bust size is above 44 inches.

For any special sizing and design requirements, please leave us a comment or contact our customer service for assistance.

We have 3 methods of sizing and fitment for you to choose from, based on your preference and convenience. These 3 methods are:

  1. Standard Sizing
  2. Send In Your Best Fitted Blouse
  3. Add Your Measurements

Sizing options are given to you to choose prior to checking out. Alternately you can fill up your measurement profile when you register or update your measurements in your account at any point of time.

At houseofblousebespoke.com, we have 3 methods of sizing or fitment. Which are:

If you have an issue measuring yourself or getting measured in order to fill in your measurement profile. We suggest that you pick either of the 2 remaining methods - Standard Sizing or Send In Your Best Fitted Blouse.

As we are a custom design site, we do not have the provision to checkout as a guest. Since every piece is made to order - you will be prompted to choose a sizing and fitment method before you checkout. We recommend that you create a profile to make it easy for your future orders.

Having information about your height, weight and body type makes our methods of estimating your fitment and sizing more accurate.

For your most accurate measurements, we suggest sending in your ‘Best Fitted Blouse’ or ‘Add Measurements’ to your profile. For the most accurate way to add your measurements:

  • Please take the help of your friend or partner to take measurements
  • Keep the tape parallel to the ground for all horizontal measurements
  • Watch the Measurements Video and follow the same for each measurement

Currently you can save only One measurement profile per every account. If you would like to custom design for multiple people, you can create multiple accounts, with different email ID’s and custom design to order for multiple people.

We offer standard sizes from 28 to 52 inches. You could leave us a comment or Contact Customer Service if you have any unusual request. Please note that for plus sizes or sizes above 44, bra pads cannot be provided.

ALTERATIONS AND REMAKES

Please note that our QC process ensures that your final ready order will be checked against the specifications provided by you before it is sent out for delivery. In the rare event that your specifications have not been followed by us, please Contact our Customer Service for assistance and we will provide one Alteration or Remake - free of charge within India - after verifying your order.
We currently do not provide these services to our International customers. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Please note that our QC process ensures that your final ready order will be checked against the specifications and measurements provided by you before it is sent out for delivery. But in the event that your blouse is too tight or too loose for you after you try it on, you can avail of our ‘One Free Alteration’ service (within India) by filling in your alteration card which will be sent to you along with your order delivery.

You can avail our pickup service for your free alteration within India. We currently do not provide these services to our International customers. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Please note that our QC process ensures that your final ready order will be checked against the specifications and measurements provided by you before it is sent out for delivery.

In the rare case where an alteration of the blouse is not possible. We offer to Remake it from scratch using the same design and fabric (based on availability). Please contact our customer service and apply for a remake within 30 days of receiving your order and our customer service will contact you by the end of the next working day. We reserve the right to deny a Remake in cases where alteration is possible. Remake's are applicable - one time only, for every single order within India. If your chosen fabric is unavailable, you will be asked to choose another fabric in the same range.

For the most accurate alteration or a remake, we recommend sending us a picture wearing the ordered blouse. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our Privacy measures to protect the Data provided by you.

Please note that the garment should be in an unused, unworn or unsoiled condition, with the ‘Do not remove…’ Tag still attached in order to be considered for a Remake.

Please note that we currently do not offer Alteration & Remake services or pick up services outside India.

In case the customer is willing to bear to and fro charges of shipping, a request can be put in with our customer support and we will weigh each case and consider it at our discretion.

Creating your blouse from design to delivery at houseofblousebespoke.com is a pretty intuitive process where you are in charge during the entire process from design to sizing. You will have the closest possible visualisation of your blouse throughout the customising process. And we will always strive to match everything you see on your screen.

But in case of a situation where you do not want to avail of our one time free Alteration or Remake service, you can return your blouse within 30 days and get a refund in the form of a store credit voucher to use in the website for future purchases.

For our International customers to avail a refund. The customer will have to bear the shipping costs of the product to India.

In the case of custom blouses created on the blouse designer, House Of Blouse Bespoke will not accept returns if any styling element is added or changed other than all the options already available on the Blouse Designer. In such a case, the product can only be accepted for alteration or remake.

Once the products have been processed, the customer is entitled to no more that 1 alteration per garment. If any change or alteration is made after the product is ready, it will be counted as our ‘1 free alteration or remake’ service and no alterations can be made post that. That product will be considered a ‘final sale’.

GENERAL

You can redeem your voucher in one of the ways specified below:

  • By entering your voucher code at the time of checkout.
  • By saving it under ‘My Credits’ in your account if it is a Cash Voucher.

NOTE: You can use your ‘Percentage off’ Discount code only at the time of checkout.

Since we are a ‘Custom Design’ website, each of your orders are made from scratch especially for you, taking all your chosen options and sizing into consideration.

Hence a modification of your order, once placed is not a regular possibility. You can try contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order, and in exceptional cases, we may be able to modify your already placed order.

At houseofblousebespoke.com, we strive to keep all our services including the website running smoothly. But in case, there is a technical glitch where you are unable to save your measurements. Please contact our customer service. Sending an email with a screen shot of the issue will enable us to better help you.

In order to add your new measurements to your profile or update your measurements. Please log in to your account and click on ‘edit’ in your measurement profile. You can click on ‘save’ after you have updated your profile and your new measurements will now be in your profile.

Currently you can save only One measurement profile per every account. If you would like to create multiple profiles, you can create multiple accounts, with different email ID’s and custom design to order for multiple people.

PAYMENT

At houseofblousebespoke.com we accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Store Credit

We accept, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express cards. Alternately, you can pay through Net Banking. Our International customers can pay through PayPal. OR please contact our Customer Service for Assistance.

No direct international bank deposits will be accepted for International orders unless explicitly agreed upon by House Of Blouse Bespoke on email. International Customers are required to make payment via the payment link provided with their debit/credit cards.

Please note that we do not store payment related information on houseofblousebespoke.com for security reasons.

To enhance security of your payment data, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank payment gateway website, where all required transaction details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.) are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your Card Issuing bank for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter, does houseofblousebespoke.com have access to, or stores, your complete card account information. For more details on this please refer our Privacy Policy.

If you are not comfortable with the online payment methods, we recommend that you use or ‘Cash On Delivery’ method for payment within India.

Yes, you can use ‘Cash On Delivery’ for all your payments within India as long as the cash is paid upon delivery and your area is serviceable.

Please note that some places may not be eligible for the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option. In such a case, we will intimate you and can send you an external link through which you can make your payment if you want to order.

Please note that second time defaulters on ‘Cash On Delivery’ might be not be permitted to order Cash On Delivery with us again. We reserve the right to suspend the Cash On Delivery option for a particular customer in such a case.

  • Starting July 1st 2017, India has adopted a new tax regime - GST ( Goods and Services Tax).
    1. CGST: Tax collected by the central government for intra-state sales
    2. SGST: Tax collected by the state governments for intra-state sales
    3. IGST: Tax collected by the central government for inter-state and international sales
  • Within GST, there are 3 kinds of applicable taxes ( shown in the break up of every tax invoice).
  • GST on sarees and readymade garments such as blouses, kurtas, lehengas etc is 5% if MRP < Rs.1000 and 12% for MRP >Rs.1000.
  • All our prices are inclusive of GST.
